Top Cat: A clever, mischievous yellow cat. He is the leader of the gang and often tricks Officer Dibble into letting them go, giving them food, or doing other  things. Top cat sleeps in a trash can in the alley and often gets yelled at by Dibble for answering his police phone that is in the alley. 

 

Officer Dibble: The cop that patrols the are where top cat's alley is. He tries to get top cat arrested whenever he can, but is always eluded by top cat.

 

Benny: A short chubby blue cat who is often top cat's right hand man. He is the kind and more childish member of the gang, while all the other members are more selfish in there gimmicks to get money Benny usually just goes along with it innocently. Benny also has a big appetite and the only reason he really wants money sometimes is for food.

 

Choo-Choo: A pink cat who is part of Top Cats gang. He has a very strong new york accent  and asks question a lot.

 

Brain: A very dumb orange cat who is part of Top Cat's gang. He often asks dumb question because he doesn't understand Top Cat's sarcasm or figures of speech. He also often comes close to fowling up Top Cat's plan by stating the truth when Top Cat is in the middle of trying to lie to someone.

 

Spook: A  green  cat who is in Top Cat's gang. He has a smooth, jazzy voice much like that of Hot Lips Hannigan from the Flintstones.

 

Fancy Fancy: A romantic brown cat who is part of Top Cat's gang. He is often found kissing some girl cat when Top Cat calls him to the alley.
